This video is the first of a series of interviews conducted by Bryan Heiden and Buckeye Main Street Coalition. Bryan Heiden grew up in Buckeye, Arizona and is from a long line of Heidens who are well familiar with the unique charm Downtown Buckeye has to offer!

Cafe 25:35 is located at 409 East Monroe Avenue, Buckeye, Arizona – 623-386-2535. Established in 2013 by Tony Youngker in the heart of Downtown Buckeye, Arizona. The original building was built in the 1927 and was the Palm’s Café, a local bar. Tony has put blood, sweat and tears into the massive restoration of the building and now serves homemade American style food like Palo Verde Burger with fried onions, freshly ground beef and homemade potato chips. Tony takes pride in creating elevated comfort food!
